When you sign up with Run Strong Performance Training, you will receive a detailed consultation – either face-to-face or over the phone – with the coach of your choice. This consultation should last about an hour, during which we will gather detailed information about you, your goals, and your current level as a runner, as well as conduct a risk assessment. This will also help us get to know you better and learn how we might coach, motivate, and support you to the best of our abilities.

Following this initial consultation, within a week’s time you will receive your own personalized training plan along with a Run Strong team t-shirt and running log. 

During your training time with us we will provide
·          detailed weekly training plans, along with suggestions and helpful hints to enhance your training
·          planning and support for up to two weekly training runs, including a long run and one other session, which may include hill repeats, track and speed work, or fun running drills
·          access to our “members only” page on our website, where you will find a blog written by your coaches, a fuel page where we will provide information about nutrition and hydration, a strength page where you will can check out moves hosted by local trainers, and a message board where you can chat with coaches and other members
·          seminars with guest speakers to enhance your running experience

Our fee structure is as follows:
·          Initial Consultation and first month of training - $75.00
·          Monthly Fee thereafter - $50.00
We offer discounts for 3, 6 and 9-month memberships paid in full.

Our Training Season runs from September through May with at least three weeks off during the month of December.  Your first monthly payment is due following your initial consultation after an agreement has been met between athlete and coach.
